interviewing skills, and job search skills.
●Assist with networking in the community to find
employment for residents.
●Provide transportations to and from job sites.
●Assist resident with educational goals, e.g. GED,
techinal training and/or collegiate.
●Assist in anger/stress management and substance
abuse rehabilitation
●Foster behavior modification and teach communication,
conflict resolution and behavioral skills that enable
residents to cope with society in their work and living
environments.
●Teaching, lecturing and group sessions target
rehabilitative education and motivational training in
controlling stress and anger as well as healing areas in
residents pasts and Family of Origin issues which have
lead to substance abuse problems.
